This section will be for the display of Indigenous tattoos done by Indigenous Tattoo artists and tattoos that depict Indigneous imagery. These images are intended to act as reference material for Indigenous peoples from The Cook Islands who wish to get tattoos modeled after their ancestors tattoos. If you are not from Rarotonga please respect the cultural Intellectual property of the Indigenous peoples these tribal tattoo designs come from.

As I am not from the Cook Islands I apologize for any mis-categorization of reference materials, if you notice something is in the wrong place please let me know.

If you are using these images as references for tattoos please respect yourself and your family enough to get a professional to apply your tattoo, you can contract such dieses as hepatitis or HIV from improper tattooing. Also please research your tattooing tradition so as to make the right choice when getting your tattoo, know why you are getting what you are getting and possibly even the ceremonies that might go along with it.​
